We are happy to present articles about Subconscious Mind!

The Mind is always busy affecting us every day clouding our ability to make clear decisions, causing stress and disease in our body and thus preventing us from living life to its fullest and causing Expenses and Depression, we don’t know how to deal with. Studies have shown the huge effect the mind has on the body and our emotions and most people are caught up in there mind chasing shadows, talking about it and going to therapy classes rather than dealing with and fully understanding how the mind works and how with commonsense and a little bit of awareness we can learn to transcend the lower mind or the monkey mind and reprogram our subconscious mind to support our true nature and use it to bring Peace, Harmony and Abundance to our world and the world around us.
The Universal mind is already happy and balanced within itself
God has always intended and made us as infinite beings, to Enjoy unlimited abundance, happiness and ongoing personal evolution in the great progression of life, rather than the less ideal state of mind that you find yourself in today.
Try these 3 key exercises to help you calm the mind and then to reprogram your minds bio computer.
Exercise 1) Calm The Mind
Spend 10 minutes being aware of your breath in and out of your mouth and be here and now! allowing your thoughts to float past your mind. Be aware of your thoughts and the silent gaps between them. Stay present with your breath in and out of your mouth and move more and more into the Witness position as your thoughts slow down.
Exercise 2) Self Awareness
As YOU become more aware of your actual thought patterns write them down especially after calm the Mind exercise, write down all the negative thoughts, and memory patterns you are aware of. ie: fears, negative belief systems, any negative self talk such as:
I’m lazy, I’m poor or I always lose…etc
Exercise 3) Reprogram the SUBCONSCIOUS Mind!
The Subconscious Mind is Sublime, that is to say it will readily and unquestionably accept anything you submit to it without question, and will act upon your instructions especially If you have cleaned out old thought programs, thereby bringing You into complete vibrational and energetic harmony with your True desires, thus enabling them to manifest in your life. Now change your negative thought patterns you have written down and turn them into positive affirmations such as:
I am now Rich and Successful in everything I do.
I now forgive and accept myself and the love and power the Universe gives me.
Notes:
I Now Trust and Live in the present moment learning to live life abundantly and joyfully.
To keep your mind clean and live well these exercises Must become part of a daily part of life.

Our health is founded upon a relationship between body, mind and spirit – and the wellness of each part – and the physical body itself is only one component in the overall equation of well-being. This principle of holistics recognises that a stress free and happy mind and a blossoming spiritual life are major factors in our physical health. Just as stress and negative emotions silently erode our life force, so too the practice of meditation releases a new and positive life force – borne of inspiration, happiness, peace – into every part of our existence, creating the optimum conditions for vitality and health.
Everything Starts Within
The way we feel and function in our outer life is determined to a very great extent by our inner life – our happiness, our confidence, our moods, our consciousness. We often have little power to change events in the outer world, but we can change the way we react to them. When we are happy and calm, difficulties and problems are easily coped with – when we are anxious or unhappy, the same difficulties can become nightmares. Our whole experience of life is coloured by our own consciousness – our life is the creation of our minds! Meditation balances the inner and outer worlds and brings out the bright colours of our nature – joyfulness, serenity, loving kindness, strength. These emerging positive qualities reshape our very experience of life, for everything starts within.
The writings of all the great sages and pathfinders over the centuries share many recurring ideas and truths – one of these is a belief in the wisdom and beauty of the human soul. Sri Chinmoy describes the soul as our 'inner pilot' – it is our highest Self, our truest Self, our in-house life guide. The more we listen to our soul, the more our outer life will flourish and prosper – and it is in the silence and stillness of meditation that the wisdom of the soul can most easily be felt and experienced. In everything of life – decision-making, problem solving, the search for fulfillment and purpose – the inner pilot is there to show us the way and we can learn to access it through our deepening practice.
The Soul's Special Promise
The great sages also tell us that each soul is unique and has something very special to accomplish on earth. It is by listening to our 'inner pilot' that we begin to feel and understand what our life's deeper purpose is and then our outer life becomes increasingly in harmony with this knowledge. The discovery and fulfillment of the soul's special promise brings us great happiness.
Power of mind
The many techniques employed in learning meditation share a common theme – harnessing and concentrating the power of the mind. By-products and benefits of this effort are numerous – an ability to focus and concentrate quickly, enhanced memory, a stillness in the meditating mind which enables us to access deeper, intuitive, creative and inspirational parts of our being. Power of Heart
Sri Chinmoy places great emphasis on the spiritual heart in our quest for happiness, for it houses many of our most powerful spiritual qualities. A widening, deepening capacity for love; compassion for others; a oneness with all of life; inner wisdom; a desireless happiness, like the fragrance of an inner flower, spreading out into our life – a treasure trove waiting to be discovered! Sunset over the oceanThe heart is an egoless, unhorizoned consciousness and living 'in the heart' is one of the secrets of real happiness. One of the principle forms of yoga – bhakti yoga – is centered in the spiritual heart as well. Here, the power of devotional love is directed out to God and sees divinity in all things.
A Peaceful Life
Meditation will make you a very peaceful person. This peace comes about through a growing self-acceptance and self-confidence, and through an inner poise that comes from a deeper part of our being. This peace is not something passive and fragile – it is very powerful and dynamic. This kind of inner peace will lift you above success, failure, the positives and negatives of life – it leaves in us an adamantine poise and a sense of calm detachment in the face of life's changing fortunes and tribulations. People who have developed inner peace are very powerful.
Awakening
Meditation is the awakening to our true nature, a spiritual path to enlightenment, self-realisation, oneness with God. This is why one should always feel gratitude for the impulse to meditate – we have consciously begun the great journey of awakening that lies at the very heart of all human life.

Have you ever noticed how people become frantic when their routines are taken away?
It is commonplace to hear stories about retirees who go into a funk because they no longer have offices to occupy, people to see, appointments to keep, and decisions to make.
Kids, who have their iPod, TV, cell phone, and video game privileges suspended, find it hard to occupy their time with more than nail biting and moping.
What these suddenly freefalling spirits have in common is the inability to let their mud settle, as the Tao, the famous book of Chinese wisdom describes it. They fear silence, because something unexpected might sneak up on them.
And of course, this is natural, especially if we’re living an inauthentic life or one that is jam packed with superficialities. When reflexive routines stop, suddenly we’re confronted by nothing more than our inner voices.
Typically, these voices are dumb, if we’re not used to conversing with them. They recite trivialities, and cycle through the debris of our consciousness.
But when we're graced with a suspension of the commonplace, this provides an opportunity to court our inner beings, as meditation practitioners know.
To be free of routine, beyond the reach of reinforcements, rewards and punishments, is incredibly refreshing.
We get a chance to ask interesting questions, such as “What am I?” and “What is meaningful?” and “How do I want to feel?” and “Where am I going in such a hurry?”
By living through the fear of silence, of stasis, of nothingness, we earn an opportunity to put fear aside, and this is a stunning achievement.
Knowing this is possible, at first momentarily, and then for longer periods, is empowering.
Our cars, 401k plans, business and social importance are significant only inasmuch as they have helped us to arrive at that special moment, when our mud settles, and at last, we can see through it and into ourselves and the infinite.

Meditation has been practiced around the world for thousands of years. It is a technique used to quiet the mind and body, and release stress. It can also bring focus and clarity, and often, after meditating, problems that you have been struggling with, miraculously become solved. Meditation has also been known to inspire people to write, and to spur lucrative business ideas, as your subconscious comes to light.
One simple form of meditation, requires you to sit in a quiet room, either on a pillow, or cross-legged on the floor, or in a comfortable chair, making sure your spine is straight. It is advised that you use the same place every day. It is also suggested that you personalize your spot, by beautifying it with candles, flowers, and pictures of the people that you love.
The idea is to sit quietly, with your eyes closed, and focus on a point inside of your forehead. Try not to think of anything in particular, but don't try 'not' to think either, allowing your mind to become calm, and peaceful. If you find that your mind is 'chattering', don't try to control it, just let it finish what it is that it is working on, it will eventually quiet down. It is also recommended for beginners to begin with ten to twenty minute sessions, each day. After awhile of doing this, you will start to feel deep relaxation and joy during these sessions.
The first step to this self-hypnosis is to sit in a quiet, comfortable spot, making sure you are facing a wall about eight feet away from you. Pick a spot or object on that wall, and make that spot or object your focal point. Looking at your focal point, begin counting backwards from 100, one number for each breath you exhale. As you do this, imagine yourself floating, and feeling very relaxed. You will begin to feel your eyelids getting heavy, and may begin to blink. Let your eyes slowly close, and as you continue to count backwards, imagine yourself as limp as a ragdoll, totally relaxed, and floating in a safe and comfortable place. Stop counting, and just float in your space. If any disturbing thoughts should come while in your space, just let them flow out again, and allow yourself to continue to feel safe and relaxed. This technique can help you to cope with stress, and discharge the tension that accumulates during stressful situations.
When you are ready to come out of this self-hypnosis, you can either let yourself drift off to sleep, or you can count from one to three and exit. First, count one, and get yourself ready to exit. At two, take a deep breath, and hold for a few seconds. At three, exhale and open your eyes slowly. As you open your eyes, continue to hold on to that relaxed and comfortable feeling.
You may then want to increase the length of your sessions to thirty minutes, or maybe even an hour. In our highly active lifestyles of today, it is imperative that we include a brief time for meditation in our daily schedule. For more self-help techniques and tips, please visit my website.

The problem with research on meditation is that it is limited. Though there is a lot of information of how meditation is useful in various medical conditions, there is limited information on how to meditate so as to see changes in your life.
If you can meditate, then start with meditation for only five minutes a day. You can use any form of meditation that you are comfortable with. But in order to experiment, stick to only five minutes everyday. You will see that within 3 to 4 weeks of starting meditation, you will feel irritable, angry or low for no reason. If you can handle that, continue with it. If you cannot handle it, stop doing the meditation for 2 or 3 days. You will start to feel better again. Start meditation for five minutes a day again. Be consistent with it and you will reach a stage when you will feel happy within yourself. You will also notice unexpectedly good coincidences happen in life. The following changes will be noticed.
CHANGE IN MOOD: You will feel a stability in happy mood. This will be different from the relaxation that will be experienced at the start of meditation. This time anything that bothered you before, will not be bothersome. Instead of a quick change in your mood, your happiness will be long lasting.
CHANGE IN RELATIONSHIPS: After you have gone through the phase of anger and feeling low, you will notice that your relationships with people around you would become better. You will have less confrontation with your partner.
CHANGE IN EFFICIENCY: You will notice that you will have more energy as compared to before. The same job that you found boring, mundane or stressful will become enjoyable. Every person that I have seen in my practice has become more efficient in what they did, with meditation.
CHANGE IN FINANCES: If you are consistent in meditation, you will notice that your financial situation after you have gone through the low phase of meditation, will be better than before you started meditation.
CHANGE IN THE ENVIRONMENT YOU LIVE IN: At some stage, after you start meditation, you will start to get irritable with the clutter around you. In most cases that I have seen, clearing of the attic or giving away old clothes is the norm. It happens spontaneously.
CHANGE IN SOCIAL LIFE: Initially you will feel happy with friends. Then some of them will start to annoy you and then you will decide who you want to remain your friend or not. Instead of going out, you will feel happy with yourself.
CHANGE IN SELF-ESTEEM: As you meditate, your self-confidence will become better before it gets a battering temporarily. Then as your emotional clutter gets cleared with meditation, your self-esteem goes higher.
CHANGE IN LUCK: Initially when I saw people’s lives changing in front of my eyes, I could not believe it. But I can now safely and comfortably write that meditation will change your luck too. You will notice surprisingly pleasant things happen that were not expected.
The above changes will be noticed successively as you increase the time duration of your meditation. At each change in duration, for example, from five minutes to 10 minutes, you will go through the stage of feeling angry and low before you feel better again. In this venture, patience pays.
